Our First Line Weatherization program provides low-income households with free minor energy saving repairs year-round. These repairs include weatherstripping, door repair, window repair, new door locks, minor flooring and drywall repair, and more.

To qualify, participants must: own or rent their home in Jefferson or the surrounding Kentucky counties, have a total household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level, and receive either gas or electric utility services through LG&E. Click the button below to see if you qualify.
